Empowering male youth to become positive productive adults while inspiring men to become effective leaders in the community, to assist in filling the gap of the absentee fathers by providing optimistic male role models.
Mission Statement
To teach and educate male youth and men to make wise decisions and good choices by providing them with mentors, leaders, training, and support through hands-on learning experiences, spiritual education, group discussion, life skills training, social skills, and recreational activities.
Royston Smith is a 2008 graduate of Hope High School and is currently enrolled at Cuyahoga Community College East¬ern Campus with a major in Massotherapy and a minor in Business Admini¬stration. Royston as¬pires to one day own his own Massotherapy Clinic and Spa. Royston is amongst the only original staff persons working at Marc's Discount Store on Coventry where he has been employed for almost two years. In addition to working and going to school, Royston, also known as, "Big Boi Roy", ministers with Ladie Smith & Co. as a singer, dancer, rapper, and "hype man" Royston is a very ac¬tive member of Marvelous Faith Ministries serving as a Mentor-in-Training in the 3MB program. Roys¬ton has recruited some five young men and boys for 3MB. Royston is also a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church where the Rev. Dr. Rosa Clements serves as the interim pastor. Royston also attends Church in the Mall on a regular basis where the pastor is Rev. Dr. C.J. Matthews. In his spare time,
